SPECIALIZATIONS

The curious paradox is that when I accept myself just as I am, then I can change.

How We can Work Together

As your therapist, I’ll ask you questions that invite you to explore your own emotional and psychic terrain. I can guide you through territory which may have felt too hard to move through on your own. By examining current patterns of thought and behavior and reflecting on your past, we can reveal unconsciously held beliefs that may be causing suffering or holding you back. Insight leads to awareness which provides the foundation for lasting change.

My approach

People come to therapy for a variety of reasons. Perhaps there is a part of yourself that you find hard to accept. This may have you waging a war against yourself and feeling exhausted by the battle. Together we can shed light on these divided factions, creating a more cohesive sense of self. By integrating these parts of yourself, you can begin to defuse the war, find increased self-acceptance and feel more at peace. Feel free to contact me for more information. I look forward to hearing from you and the opportunity to work together.
